This seminar will include drills to develop understanding and skills in the following areas:
·         How the fear of being cut causes tension.
·         Using breathing and movement to release tension.
·         Developing sensitivity to metal edged weapons.
·         Learning how to safely contact a blade.
·         Learning how to redirect a blade back to the attacker
·         Methods of Knife disarming
·         How bladed weapons can amplify intention.
·         Methods of using blades to relax the body.
·         Breathing to calm the psyche and remove pain.

      Next Sunday the 5th Oct. 08 - 3 hour session 1pm- 4pm:
         1. expanding on the knife work covered last workshop
         2. blocking and movement drills
         3. setting up for throws and takedowns

This a FREE training session.
So, come along have some fun and then we can sit around for an hour afterwards with a cold drink and have a chat.
